At TA Engineering, the future is already here!
We offer industrial 3D Printing in several different plastic materials as well as natural and elastic materials (rubber). See material list here. The machine is a PROJET MJP 2500 PLUS. The maximum size of details that can be produced is 295 x 211 x 144mm.
Printed details are fully usable models in these materials. If you need smaller series, 3D Printing can replace traditional tool development.
We also offer 3D printing in additional materials in another type of machine. These materials are excellent for use in the manufacturing of fixtures, for example, or other details that need to be durable
Carbon fibre
Carbon fibre has the greatest strength in relation to its weight and thermal conductivity. Carbon fibre is perfect for details that need to deliver the best possible strength and rigidity.
HSHT Fibreglass
High strength, high temperature (HSHT) fibreglass is a material developed especially for users who need strong details in environments with higher temperatures.
Fibreglass
Fibreglass is a cost-effective material. It is as strong as carbon fibre, but 40% as rigid and twice as heavy. Perfect for everyday use when you need strong details.
Kevlar
Kevlar has the best properties to withstand abrasion and is our most flexible material when you need details that are durable and able to manage tough handling.
Are there ready-made 3D models for 3D Printing online?
Yes, there are!
Bring realistic 3D models to new customers and partners.
3D printing allows you to customise each product, exactly to your customers’ needs and requirements.
In industrial manufacturing, one of the most expensive and time-consuming steps in the development process is where the manufacturing tools are developed. For small and medium volumes, you can completely eliminate the need to develop these tools.
